Culture and recreation

The CASUN (Comité d’Action Sociale d’Université Côte d’Azur), an association for university personnel, organizes events for all members of the university: organization of exhibitions, events, workshops… . The CASUN creates partnerships and sells tickets at reduced rates and organizes short or long trips. You can meet the CASUN staff on the different campuses for more information.

The majority of those using the Welcome Center live and work in Nice, and thus most of the activities listed here are in the city. However, culture and recreation also have an important place in the other centers of the Côte d’Azur. You can find ideas for cultural, sports, or fun outings on the websites of the tourism offices of both Cannes and Antibes.

Nice is a major center of cultural activities. Its own surroundings provide plenty to discover, and there is much on offer to satisfy locals, foreigners, and tourists alike.

The city provides visitors with tourism and cultural information on its website, which permits everyone to enjoy Nice. It is also possible to browse the site to find theaters, museums, opera, and natural spaces in the city.
