How to find housing on the Côte d’Azur?
The Welcome Center offers invited researchers, post-doctoral students and doctoral students housing at very moderate rates at the Faculty Club. This lodging is short-term to give new arrivals the chance to get started in Nice and in the region and to calmly look for long-term housing.
Faculty Club Nice

When your stay at the Faculty Club is nearing completion, you will need to find long-term housing. The Welcome Center can help you to achieve this goal.
Housing Aid
The French State offers housing assistance for all individuals living in France. The help is provided by the Caisse d'Allocations Familiales and varies according to the applicant's financial situation, the dwelling in which they live, and the composition of their family.
