Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to the administration before October 31 of the current academic year. Only cancellations received before September 30th will be considered for reimbursment. Reimbursment applications will be reviewed during the month of November. Only cancellations due to VISA refusal will be accepted and proof must be provided. Only applications approved by the commitee will entitle the student to a partial refund of tuition fees at the earliest in December. For more information, please contact: msc@univ-cotedazur.fr
