See Campus France website for answers to your questions about doing a Doctorate in France (duration, content, admission requirements, how it works, legal and administrative framework, etc.)
In France, Doctoral schools ("Ecoles doctorales" or "ED") are dedicated to supervising and teaching PhD students. BOOST graduate students can apply to Doctoral School 85, for Biology, at Université Côte d'Azur.
The work is conducted in conjunction with a research laboratory and under the authority of a thesis supervisor. BOOST graduate students can look for a research laboratory at Institut Sophia Agrobiotech, first laboratory on biocontrol in France.
BOOST graduate students can also apply to other Doctoral Schools and research laboratories in France (see the directory) and worldwide since BOOST degree is recognised and guaranteed by the French government (see "le bulletin officiel")
