Academy 3 strongly supports the training and development of students and young researchers by:
- devoting part of its budget to funding internships, recruiting PhD students and post-doctoral fellows, and attracting young researchers to come to the Côte d'Azur University
- identifying internship, PhD and post-doctoral opportunities within the projects supported by the academy
- creating a "RISKS" International Master of Excellence program in environmental risks management
- collaborating with the majority of the EUR of the Côte d'Azur University
