"FIRST" PROJECTS

Thanks to the "First" call for projects that Academy 3 launched in 2023 in order to support innovative research projects that contribute intensively to one or more of its five priority themes, 5 projects were supported for a total of €31,500.

  • A. Bivolaru (GEOAZUR) : ARCHEO-GEORISK - Geoarchaeology of UNESCO wetlands: diachronic analysis of environmental and anthropogenic risks in Venice lagoon and Danube delta
  • M.-C. Dumargne (IPMC) : SNACK - Impact of Ultra-Processed Food Pollutants on Sperm Health
  • F. Jouffray & A. Ribodetti (GEOAZUR) : Q-DELO - Qualité de l'eau à Yaoudé
  • A.-S. Rousseau (IBV) : PLASTIMET - PLASTic Impact on METabolic Health

CONSORTIUM PROJECTS

As part of its call for "Consortium" projects aimed at intensifying collaborative and transdisciplinary approaches, Academy 3 has funded 2 large-scale project, for a total amount of €100,000.
 

  • V. Durand (GEOAZUR) : VEGASS - The Aftermath of the 2024 Vanuatu Earthquake: Geophysical Analysis and Social Study
  • M. Mehiri (ICN) : MARVIR - Marine Fungal Virulence and Ecological Resilience in the Mediterranean Sea, Exploring Chemical Mediators

As parts of its "Fil de l'eau" dedicated to scientific animations, the Academy has already co-financed 4 events:
