Student profile: science track
- A 3-year degree in chemistry (180 validated ECTS) or a 3- year work experience minimum in the fields of flavour and fragrance
- Applicants without a background in chemistry will not be taken into consideration
- A high level of proficiency in English. A certificate will not be required to apply but an insufficient level of english during the first interview is eliminatory.
Student profile: marketing track
- A 4-year degree in marketing (240 validated ECTS) or a 3-year work experience minimum in the field of flavour and fragrance marketing
- Applicants without a marketing background will not be taken into consideration
- A high level of proficiency in English. A certificate will not be required to apply but an insufficient level of english during the first interview is eliminatory
Submit your application online (Phase 1)
You will have to upload the supporting documents listed below with your application form. For administrative documents (diplomas, transcripts, etc.) where the original is not in French or English, the applicant must provide an additional sworn translation.
If you reside in a country/territory affected by the Etudes en France procedure, you will need to apply on the Campus France pl“Etudes en France” platform

- A CV (resume)
- A detailed CV in English, with a clear overview of your educational and professional background to date
- A cover letter
- A one-page cover letterin English. It is the opportunity to make yourself stand out from the other applicants. We would like to hear what interests you about our program and what you hope to gain from it
- A copy of your valid passport or EU ID card
- Please make sure the document has not expired and that we can clearly see all the useful information
- A copy of your previous university degree
- A copy of all your previous degree certificates, in English or French or officially translated (+original). If you have not yet graduated at the time of your application, please upload a letter from your current university confirming your enrolment. If you are admitted to our MSc program, your admission will be conditional on the completion of your Bachelor/Master degree. .
- A copy of your previous academic transcripts

You need to submit copies of all degrees transcripts obtained to date, in English or French or officially translated
- A digital passport-style photo
- A digital passport-style photograph of yourself in jpg or png format.
- 2 letters of recommendation
- Two letters of recommendation. One academic reference + one professional recommendation. The letters should be in English or French. They should be written on official letterhead paper and include the signature and full contact details of the referee. The letters would need to be uploaded together, combined into one file.
- A feedback questionnaire
- You will need to download, complete and submit the feedback questionnaire provided on the applications website.
- Proof of proficiency in English
- Not mandatory but highly recommended (TOEIC - 800 or IELTS - 7 for example)

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
Once your application is submitted, it will be checked and validated then sent to the admissions committee for consideration.
If you pass the initial selection process, you will be invited to complete other steps

Knowledge online tests (only for Science Track applicants)
If your application is complete and all your documents approved, you will be invited to take two tests to assess your basic knowledge, on the flavour & fragrance industry as well as in chemistry.
Those are not eliminatory, but will be considered in your application.

Interview(s)
You will be invited to attend one or two interviews, depending on the track you chose, to meet the pedagogical team (MSc coordinator as well as MSc directors) and exchange about your professional project, motivations and knowledges on the Flavour and Fragrance Industry. This time will also be the opportunity for the MSc team to assess your English level.
The interview lasts about 30 minutes and is a decisive factor in the selection process.
You should expect a final decision within two months of submission of a complete application.
If you are accepted on the program, there will be some important steps you would need to take to confirm your registration and prepare for you arrival in France.
