HOW?
Applications must be submitted via our online applications system, eCandidat.
Before starting the application process, you should make sure you are eligible to apply to our program and that you have gathered all the required documents that need to be submitted with your application. Please see below for further details.
Keep in mind that the sooner your online application is submitted, the sooner we will be able to review it and give you an answer.

ELIGIBILITY
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
Applications to our program shoud be submitted on our online plateform e-Candidat, which is available both in French and English.

The documents listed below would need to be uploaded with your application. Documents must be in French or in English, or officially translated to French or English. We will not accept documents in other languages, and will consider your application to be incomplete if you do not supply the correct documents.
Documents to submit with your application
- CV (Resume)

A detailed CV written in English, with a clear overview of your educational and professional background to date
- Cover Letter

A one-page letter of motivation written in English. It is the opportunity to make yourself stand out from the other applicants. We would like to hear what interests you about our program and what you hope to gain from it
- A copy of your valid passport or European ID card

Please make sure the document has not expired and that we can clearly see all the useful information
- A copy of your previous university degree
- A copy of all your previous degree certificates, in English or French or officially translated (+original). If you have not yet graduated at the time of your application, please upload a letter from your current university confirming your enrolment. If you are admitted to our MSc program, your admission will be conditional on the completion of your Bachelor/Master degree.
- Copies of your university transcripts

You need to submit copies of all degrees transcripts obtained to date, in English or French or officially translated
- Two letters of recommendation

One academic reference + one professional recommendation. The letters should be in English or French. They should be written on official letterhead paper and include the signature and full contact details of the referee. The letters would need to be uploaded together, combined into one file.
- A digital passport-style photo

Your face should be visible and in high quality (jpeg or png format)
- An English language proficiency certificate

Not mandatory but highly recommended (TOEIC - 800 or IELTS - 7 for example)

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
Once your application is submitted, it will be checked and validated then sent to the admissions committee for consideration.
If you pass the initial selection process, you will be invited to complete other steps

Knowledge online tests (only for Science Track applicants)
If your application is complete and all your documents approved, you will be invited to take two tests to assess your basic knowledge, on the flavour & fragrance industry as well as in chemistry.
Those are not eliminatory, but will be considered in your application.

Interview(s)
You will be invited to attend one or two interviews, depending on the track you chose, to meet the pedagogical team (MSc coordinator as well as MSc directors) and exchange about your professional project, motivations and knowledges on the Flavour and Fragrance Industry. This time will also be the opportunity for the MSc team to assess your English level.
The interview lasts about 30 minutes and is a decisive factor in the selection process.
You should expect a final decision within two months of submission of a complete application.
If you are accepted on the program, there will be some important steps you would need to take to confirm your registration and prepare for you arrival in France.
