Science Track
The MSc in Management of the Fragrance and Flavor Industry (Science Track) is a two-year program taught entirely in English, with a focus on the chemistry underpinning the flavor and fragrance industry. The program blends practical laboratory work with theoretical courses in formulation, chemical analysis, and other science-related topics. It also includes essential courses in Marketing and Management, providing a well-rounded understanding of the industry. Each academic year is divided into two semesters: the first semester is dedicated to on-campus classes, while the second semester is reserved for a 4 to 6-month internship.
Our program is about fragrances and flavors not cosmetics, we are not a perfumery school. You will be trained on the chemistry of flavors and fragrances, not on the creation of fine fragrance. The fundamentals of olfaction, tasting, and formulation will be covered; however, these are not the primary focus of our degree program.
Marketing Track
The Marketing track is a one-year program offers a comprehensive understanding of the business and strategic aspects of the fragrance and flavor industry. It emphasizes key areas such as brand management, consumer behavior, market research, and international business strategies specific to the sector.

The program is conducted in collaboration with industry professionals and includes opportunities for networking and internships, providing a strong bridge between academic learning and real-world application. The track also includes introductory courses in the basic chemistry of flavors and fragrances, as well as regulations.
