The Economics and Management Bachelor's degree is attainable after obtaining the baccalaureate. It prepares students for further study at Master's level, enabling them to acquire the fundamental knowledge and skills in these two disciplines. It also offers a set of non-disciplinary skills (linguistic, pre-professional and transversal skills - computer and digital, information skills).

From the first year, students can join :

  • The Economics and Management Degree
  • The Double Major in Sociology and Economics
  • The ESDHEM program in partnership with Skema Business School
  • The PASS and LAS courses.  PASS students (Parcours d’Accès Spécifique Santé) EG are students enrolled in the first year of medicine ("Health") who, following the reform, are obliged to take a minor outside of Health, including Economics and Management. The latter includes a certain number of fundamental courses to be completed within our Portal. The courses are given via distance learning. The LAS students  (Licence avec une option Accès Santé) are students registered in the Economics-Management Portal that replace, each semester, a discovery unit on the Portal by choosing the Health option. The aim is to be able to apply for a second year of medicine under certain conditions. PASS = major (health), minor (EG) - LAS = major (EG), minor (health).

In the 3rd year of the Degree, several courses are offered :
  • The L3 general Economics Management Course
  • The International Economics & Management Studies Course: which allows students to study for one semester (in semester 5) under the Erasmus +, BCI, ISEP, MIC or other agreements.
  • The 2D Continuum: Students have the opportunity to take an elective to introduce them to the profession of teaching in secondary school, in economic and social sciences or in economics and management. Teachers from the Institut National Supérieur du Professorat et de l'Éducation (INSPE) within the Université Côte d'Azur offer disciplinary courses as well as pre-professionalization courses. This preparation, known as the "2D continuum", leads to a specific course in L3 and then opens up to the Master MEEF to prepare for the CAPES and CAPET examinations.

The following courses are available when applying :
  • License 3 Economics and Human Resources Management: The aim of this course is to train students for jobs in human resources, recruitment, administrative management of personnel and any other field of business management related to the strategic organisation of skills. This professional training, held alternately, enables students to acquire the tools required to understand the socio-economic world in which companies and administrations operate.
  • License 3 Economics and Management of Tourism: This course trains students to become managers in the new professions of tourism and leisure, no matter the field of activity.
  • License 3 Accounting, Control and Auditing: prepares students from DUT, BTS, preparatory classes, License 2 for further studies in all accounting professions.
