For your internships in France, log into your "Intranet" and request an internship agreement at least 10 days before the start date of the internship

- Log into your Intranet
- Open the University Life and Alumni tab.
- Select "Go to the platform"
- Tutorials are available for students.
Civil liability insurance
Ask your insurance company to provide a document confirming that your civil liability coverage is valid for the entire internship period. The document must specify your first and last name and that you are covered for an internship within a company.
How to amend the internship agreement (paper form only)
The amendment must be sent in 5 copies to the Internship Office.

IMPORTANT! When completing the internship agreement online, the academic information that is automatically filled in may need to be updated. The degree mentioned by default is the one you obtained the previous year. So make sure to select the current academic year and the right degree. This will allow you to check your academic information before the agreement is sent.
A digital signature is required on the online internship agreement.
