Student profile: science track
- A 3-year degree in chemistry (180 validated ECTS) or a 3- year work experience in the fields of sience in connexion with flavor and fragrance
- Applicants without a background in chemistry will not be taken into consideration
- A high level of proficiency in English. A certificate will not be required to apply but an insufficient level of english during the first interview is eliminatory.
Student profile: marketing track
- A 4-year degree in marketing (240 validated ECTS) or a 3-year work experience in the field of flavour and fragrance marketing
- Applicants without a marketing background will not be taken into consideration
- A high level of proficiency in English. A certificate will not be required to apply but an insufficient level of english during the first interview is eliminatory
Submit your application online (Phase 1)
You will have to upload the supporting documents listed below with your application form. For administrative documents (diplomas, transcripts, etc.) where the original is not in French or English, the applicant will have to provide an additional sworn translation.
If you reside in a country/territory affected by the Etudes en France procedure, you will also need to apply on the Campus France Etudes en France platform. You can contact Campus France in your country here.
Incomplete applications will not be taken into consideration.

- A one-page cover letter in English.

- A copy of your previous university degree
- A copy of all your previous degree certificates, in English or French. If your original degree is not in French or English, an additional sworn translation will be required.

You need to submit copies of all degrees transcripts obtained to date, in English or French. If your original academic transcripts are not in French or English, an additional sworn translation will be required.
- A digital passport-style photo
- A digital passport-style photograph of yourself in jpg or png format.
- 2 letters of recommendation
- Please provide two letters of recommendation: one from an academic reference and one from a professional reference.
The letters must be written in either English or French, on official letterhead, and include the referee’s signature and full contact details.
Both letters should be combined into a single file for upload. - A feedback questionnaire
- You will need to download, complete and submit the feedback questionnaire provided on e-candidat
- Proof of proficiency in English
- Not mandatory but highly recommended (TOEIC - 800 or IELTS - 7 for example)

Test and interview (Phase 2)
Once your application is complete, it will be reviewed by the Selection Committee. If the outcome is positive, you will be invited to complete the next admission steps:
- Online knowledge tests (for Science Track applicants only) during which your knowledge in chemistry, fragrance and flavour will be assessed. These tests are not eliminatory but the results will be taken into account when the jury makes their final decision.
- Interview(s): You will be invited to attend a first and possibibly a second interview, depending on the track you chose. You will meet up with the program team to discuss your professional project, motivations and knowledges of the flavour and fragrance Industry. Your command of English will be assessed during the discussion. The interview lasts about 30 minutes and is decisive in the selection process.
You should expect a final decision within two months of submission of a complete application.
