FPA2 operates to protect the environment and promote sustainable development on a global scale. The Foundation supports the initiatives of public and private organizations in the fields of research, technological innovation and practices while being aware of social issues.

The Ecology and Conservation Science FOR Sustainable areas (ECOSEAS) is a laboratory with the dual supervision of the Université Côte d´Azur and the CNRS. Specialized in marine, fundamental and applied ecology, ECOSEAS coordinates the CLIM ECO² project. Its geographical area of research is mainly the Mediterranean Sea, where it addresses various theoretical and practical researches such as the functioning of ecosystems; species biology and ecology; the modification of marine. 

The objective of the "Biology of aquatic organisms and ecosystems -BOREA" laboratory is to study the ecology and biology of aquatic organisms and habitats in natural and constrained ecosystems. This involves understanding, through a multidisciplinary and integrative approach, the origin, role and mechanisms of the evolution of aquatic biodiversity (from molecules to ecosystems), the interactions of organisms with each other and with their living environments. and responses to global, anthropogenic pressures and climatic changes.

The "Laboratory of Oceanology and Geosciences" (LOG) is a research unit that brings together the CNRS, the University of Lille, and the “Université du Littoral Côte d´Opale”(France). The LOG carries out multidisciplinary research along two axes: in oceanology and geosciences. In oceanology, research focuses on marine ecology, biogeochemistry and physical oceanography. In geosciences, research focuses on the sedimentary field, focusing on coastal dynamics, geochemistry, others.

The  Stazione zoologica Anton Dohrn  is a marine biology research institute located near Naples (Italy). The institute is dedicated to the fundamental research in biology. The research is broadly interdisciplinary, involving the fields of evolution, biochemistry, molecular biology, neurobiology, cell biology, botanical marine biological oceanography, plant molecular biology, benthic ecology, and ecophysiology.

The “Monaco Scientific Center” (CSM), is an autonomous public establishment under Monegasque law, created in 1960. The CSM has the following research departments: Marine Biology, Medical Biology and Polar Biology. The Department of Marine Biology has an environmental economics team that works on the economic consequences of climate change in the marine environment.

The research themes of the CEMAFI "Center for Studies in Macroeconomics and International Finance" focus on the analysis, at the macroeconomic level, of the functioning of contemporary industrialized or developing economies and in transition, subject to international competition. They are organized around three research themes: macroeconomic analysis and development macroeconomics, etudies of real and financial integration processes and social macroeconomics in open economy.

The " Center for International Business " (CIB)  is dedicated to the study and practice of commerce, economics and management from a sustainable and ethical perspective. Created in 2009, the centre promotes and encourages collaborative discussions and dialogues on social and sustainable economic development around the world.

The Batna University is an Algerian university founded in the late 1970s. Its areas of expertise are the environmental issues and the economy linked within.

The Lebanese American University  houses the "Adnan Kassar School of Business". This school has six departments, including the economics department. Among other things, he carries out research in microeconomics on the themes of the environment and natural resources.
