EFELIA Côte d'Azur student excellence scholarship program

The EFELIA Côte d'Azur Excellence Scholarship will provide financial support for up to 15 Master's-level students enrolled in a course of study with a component in artificial intelligence (AI), to a value of €10,000 per student.
The program is open to all nationalities, regardless of age, and recognizes promising or excellent academic careers. It promotes mobility, diversity and equal opportunity, and supports specialization in AI.

These scholarships are open to all students, regardless of nationality or age.

To be eligible, you must :

• Be enrolled at Université Côte d'Azur in a course involving at least 60 hours of teaching in IA.
• Not be on a sandwich course.
• Not be receiving another scholarship for the same academic year.

Application deadline: October 17, 2025 at noon (Paris time).

• Application documents:
• Certificate of school attendance for the current year
• Curriculum Vitae (2 pages maximum)
• Transcript of grades from last year of study
• Letter of motivation (training, career path, project)
• Optional: letters of recommendation
• Supporting documents according to situation:
• For social criteria: tax notice, bank statements, scholarship certificate or pay slips
• For disabled applicants: CMI, RQTH, MDPH certificate, medical certificates, etc.

Completed applications received by the deadline will be examined by the EFELIA Côte d'Azur project team.

The main selection criterion will be the academic excellence of the application and/or the candidates' financial difficulties in pursuing their studies properly.
IMPORTANT NOTES

• In the event of cancellation of enrolment, withdrawal from the course or repeated and unjustified absences, the amount of the scholarship already paid must be returned.
• This scholarship cannot be combined with other scholarships.The bursary will be awarded as follows: a first part, corresponding to half the bursary, will be awarded at the beginning of the 1st semester, once the student has enrolled. The second part will be paid at the beginning of the 2nd semester, subject to the student's regular attendance.
• The scholarship will be awarded for the current year, but will not be automatically renewed.
• The student will have to reapply and will remain subject to the same merit criteria.
