Objective: Improve recruitment processes.
The Maison Europe et Territoires (MET) is rolling out an initiative toimprove recruitment processes as part of the HRS4R initiative (action plan 2022-2027).
The Boosturcareer doctoral program, co-funded by the European Commission (Marie Skłodowska-Curie- COFUND actions), Université Côte d'Azur and Région SUD, aims to set up an innovative doctoral training program of excellence, based on the triple "i" principle: international, intersectoral and interdisciplinary.The project has made available aPhD recruitment kit for use by managers, PhD students and supervisors, deploying the open, transparent, merit-based recruitment procedures advocated by the HRS4R label.
