HRS4R: creation of a comprehensive reporting system

This system is part of the HRS4R approach (action plan 2022-2027) and takes the form of a risk listening and support unit.

It was set up by the Quality of Life and Working Conditions department of the Université Côte d'Azur's Human Resources Department to improve the working environment and conditions for researchers.
It comprises :
  1. a psychosocial risk/harassment support unit (CRPS/HM)
  2. a sexist and sexual violence unit (CVSS).
Objectives
The purpose of these units is to listen to, accompany and support people who feel they are victims or witnesses of acts of violence, harassment, discrimination and so on.

There is also a reporting platform for any inappropriate conduct or situation you wish to report.
