The Human Resources Department, with its HR Development Unit, is rolling out a program to support researchers in their career development, as part of the HRS4R approach (2022-2027 action plan).

This involves the creation of a new " Advice, Career and Mobility " service in 2022 to support staff in their professional development. The Mobility and Career Advisors offer group or personal support aimed at :
  • Promote a new professional project
  • Anticipate career mobility
  • Integrate changes in professions
  • Promote career prospects
  • Recognize and strengthen skills
These measures are deployed in the career and mobility action planadopted in 2022.
