FAQs about Tuition fees

When should I pay my tuition fees?
  • You will receive an e-mail confirming your tuition and the payment procedure to follow. You will need to pay at least 1/3 of your tuition within 30 days of receiving this email.
  • You should be able to start paying your tuition fees from May onwards, once you have sent your registration form to the MSc International office
  • You must pay at least 1/3 of the tuition fees amount as well as the CVEC in order to complete your registration. For newly enrolled MSc students, tuition must be paid in full by August 31 of the academic year in question in order to join the program.
How should I pay my tuition fees?

Once you have received confirmation of your tuition fees, you will have 30 days to pay the first installment. You can pay your tuition fees in 3 different ways:

  • By card, in full via our online payment platform, Paybox
  • By card in 3 instalments via our online payment platform, Paybox
    • Be aware that your account will be debited over 3 successive months. If your 1st payment is made in May, the next one would be made in June, and the last one in July
  • By wire transfer  With this option, the payment can only be made in full

In all 3 cases, you will receive an e-mail from us indicating the procedure to follow.
Is there a deadline to pay my tuition fees?
  • For newly enrolled MSc students, you have 30 days upon confirmation of your tuition fees to pay the first installment. The full amount of your tuition fees will have to be paid before 31 August of the academic year concerned.
    • For instance, if you register for the 2026-2027 academic year, the deadline is 31 August 2026.
Can I pay in several instalments?
  • Yes, you can pay your tuition fees in 3 instalments. Please read How should I pay my tuition fees? for more details.
If I decide not to start or to withdraw from a course, can my tuition fees be refunded?
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing / by email to the university (MIO - Msc International Office) before October 31st of the current academic year
  • Only cancellations requested before September 30th will be considered for reimbursement.
  • Only cancellations due to VISA refusal, with proof, will be accepted.
  • Applications for reimbursement will be reviewed during the months of November and December and transfered to your account in early February.
  • Applications approved by the committee will entitle students to a partial refund of tuition fees (23€ non-refundable) to be made at the beginning of the second semester of the academic year.
