Dr. Tariq Daouda research is at the interface of AI and the Biomedical fields. He holds a Bachelor in Mathematics and Computer Science from the Université de Lorraine, a master’s in Machine Learning from Université de Montréal, and a PhD in Bioinformatics also from the Université de Montréal. Dr. Daouda then moved to Boston to pursue postdoctoral training, where he was affiliated to the Broad Institute, Harvard Medical School, and the Massachusetts General Hospital. There he worked on applications of Deep Learning to single cell sequencing technologies, with the aim of developing new methods to accurately map the human immune system. He now holds the position of Head of the Laboratory of AI Biomedical AI at the Faculty of Medical Sciences of the University Mohammed VI Polytechnic.
