Friedrich Bach studied Physics at the University of Münster, the Université Paris-Sud-XI (now Paris-Saclay) and the University of California, Irvine, and he finished with a master’s thesis in theoretical physics in Münster. He served as assistant to the Dean of the Faculty of Business and Economics and became Co-Founder of the start-up center of the University of Münster, the REACH – EUREGIO Start-up Center, where was a member of the Executive Board. There, he initiated the Incub.AI program – an incubator dedicated to AI start-ups. The Tutor.AI project was supported by Incub.AI in implementing a context-based chatbot on the cloud infrastructure of the university. His research focuses on marketing analytics, ML methods in marketing, the role of AI in marketing and the economic implications of AI.
