Submit a contribution

 

• Abstracts may be written in English or French and may relate to work in progress, reviews or contributions that have been presented or published at other conferences.
• Each submission must include up to 6 keywords for classification purposes.
• Selected papers will be presented at the conference venue at the Crowne Plaza Hotel at Nice - Grand Arénas (notification of acceptance at  the mid of December).
• You have until November 5, 2023 to submit your contribution. (A call for contributions will be open soon from September 2023)

 

During the Complex Days 2024, a jury will select two poster or oral contributions, one among doctoral students and one among postdocs.   The modalities will come soon.

 Useful Information

Please dont' forget to specify if you want your abstract to be considered for an oral presentation, a poster or both.
 

Presentation

Lasting around 15-20 minutes, followed by questions/exchanges.

• To apply for an oral presentation, prepare :

- presentation title (with name, affiliation);
- a 2,000-character summary that addresses a large public and thus includes a brief introduction to the topic and a short descriptions of the methods and of the main results.

>All submissions must be in a single document in PDF format.

Poster

Presented in a short 180-second “Flash Talk”, and a dedicated poster session

• For poster submissions, prepare:

- title of the poster (with name, affiliation);
- a brief introduction (contextualization, problem, innovation, research objectives);
- a methodological part (procedure, data, measurements, devices, etc.);
- research results;
- a conclusion (with prospects, applications, etc.);
- Institutional and funding logos.
