Submit a contribution

 

• Abstracts may be written in English or French and may relate the work in progress, reviews or contributions that have been presented or published at other conferences.
• Each submission must include up to 6 keywords for classification purposes.
• You have until December 2, 2024 at midnight to submit your contribution.
• Selected papers will be presented at the conference venue at the Crowne Plaza Hotel at Nice - Grand Arénas
• Applicants will receive a notification of acceptance after December 15, 2024.

 

During the Complex Days 2025, a jury will select 2 poster contributions. The modalities will come soon.

You will have to specify if you want your abstract to be considered for an oral presentation, a poster or both.
 

Presentation

Lasting around 15-20 minutes, followed by questions/exchanges.

• To apply for an oral presentation, prepare :

- presentation title (with name, affiliation);
- a 2,000-character summary that addresses a large public and thus includes a brief introduction to the topic and a short descriptions of the methods and of the main results.

>All abstract submitted must be sent in PDF format, after the approval of the Scientific committee.

Poster

Presented in a short 180-second “Flash Talk”, and a dedicated poster session

• For poster submissions, prepare:

- title of the poster (with name, affiliation);
- a brief introduction (contextualization, problem, innovation, research objectives);
- a methodological part (procedure, data, measurements, devices, etc.);
- research results;
- a conclusion (with prospects, applications, etc.);
- Institutional and funding logos.
