Tuition fees

Tuition fees for our two-year program are €5,000 per year.

We know that choosing to pursue an MSc is an important decision and a significant investment in your future.

You should therefore carefully consider the costs associated with your studies to ensure you do not have any financial difficulties during your time at the university.

What do the tuition fees cover?

The tuition fees cover all academic-related costs (teaching, use of libraries and computing facilities, supervision and examination) and all administrative elements of your registration and enrollment, apart from the Student and Campus Life Contribution (CVEC) which is around €100 per year. They do not cover living costs, study materials or travel.

When accepting your place at Université Côte d'Azur you accept the responsibility for ensuring these fees are paid, whether by you or through a scholarship. The fees are the same for all students, however European/French students with a low household income may be eligible for a fee reduction (you will need to provide your parents' EU income tax notice). Please contact us for further details.

When should you pay the tuition fees?

The tuition fees are paid during the registration process, you will be informed of the payment deadline when you receive your registration pack. You must pay the required fee at this stage or you will not be able to complete your registration.

Students benefiting from a scholarship must pay the full 1st year tuition fee in one single payment. Self-funded students (without any scholarships or sponsors), have the option to pay their fees in three installments, with the last payment settled by 31 October in the year of admission at the latest

Living costs

It's hard to give a precise figure for the living costs during your postgraduate studies in France since it depends on your needs and lifestyle. However, we suggest you allow for a minimum of €12,000-€16,000 per year for a single person to cover accommodation, food, personal expenses, study-related costs and other administrative costs.

International students may need to consider additional costs, such as travel costspurchasing items you are unable to bring with you, travel insurance and visa processing costs.

Please note that the total amount of the tuition fees indicated at the time of entry into the MSc is valid for one academic year and will be carried over to the following year in case of further study and/or repetition of a year (Deliberation n° 2021-27 of the “Conseil Académique” (Academic Council) of October 28, 2021)).
