Minutes of the HRS4R (“Human Resources Strategy for Researchers”) Implementation Meeting

Last May, Université Côte d’Azur was awarded the HRS4R (Human Resources Strategy for Researchers) certification.
The project team, led by Ms. Van de Bor, VP of Social Policy, Equality, and Diversity, presented the implementation of its action plan on June 15 at the St. Jean D’Angely Campus.
The participants, who are stakeholders in the project (administrative departments, research units, researchers), contributed to the development of this action plan, with the following agenda:

Project Scope

  • vision/objectives,
  • roles and responsibilities of stakeholders,
  • operating procedures

Collaborative “World Café” workshops (5 themes for 5 groups)

  1. How can we better communicate about existing resources?
  2. How can we ensure that researchers take ownership of resources and tools?
  3. How can we strengthen researchers’ involvement in the implementation of HRS4R?
  4. How can we create a true collaborative working group between Research and Support Services?
  5. How can we make HRS4R a real asset in attracting students to the University?

Summary and Sharing

At the end of the day, a summary of the ideas and discussions was presented in the presence of Ms. LOUFRANI, Vice President for Human Resources and Organizational Development; Mr. DIMARCQ, Vice President for Research and Innovation; and Mr. TRIC, Vice President for Institutional Affairs and Resources.

Cocktail reception to celebrate the award of the label

The day concluded with a social gathering to celebrate the award of this label, which underscores Université Côte d’Azur’s commitment to implementing a continuous improvement approach in the recruitment, onboarding, and support of its staff—and particularly its faculty members and researchers.
