Université Côte d'Azur has implemented an active policy to support doctoral students and their advisors. These initiatives are part of the HRS4R initiative (2022–2027 action plan).
One initiative in particular aims to strengthen training in doctoral supervision for thesis advisors.
The Center for Doctoral Studies and the Training and Skills Development Office have created a comprehensive support program for supervisors, including training sessions, conferences, and workshops.
