Objective: To improve recruitment processes.

Maison Europe et Territoires (MET) is implementing an initiative to improve recruitment processes as part of the HRS4R initiative (2022–2027 Action Plan)

The Boosturcareer doctoral program, co-funded by the European Commission (Marie Skłodowska-Curie-COFUND actions), Université Côte d’Azur, and the SUD Region, aims to establish an innovative and high-quality doctoral training pathway based on the principle of the triple “i”: international, intersectoral, and interdisciplinary. It has made available a doctoral student recruitment toolkit for use by administrators, doctoral students, and supervisors, implementing open, transparent, and merit-based recruitment procedures as recommended by the HRS4R label.
