The Human Resources Department, together with its HR Development Division, is implementing initiatives to strengthen support for researchers’ career development as part of the HRS4R initiative (2022–2027 action plan).

This involves the creation of a new "Career and Mobility Counseling" department in 2022 to support staff in their professional development. Career and Mobility Counselors offer group or individual support aimed at:
  • Explore new career opportunities
  • Plan for career mobility
  • Adapt to changes in job roles
  • Promote career prospects
  • Recognize and strengthen skills
These measures are implemented in the career and mobility action plan adopted in 2022.
