This initiative is part of the HRS4R framework (2022–2027 action plan) and takes the form of a risk monitoring and support unit.
It was established by the Quality of Life and Working Conditions Unit of the Human Resources Department at Université Côte d'Azur to improve the work environment and conditions for researchers.
It consists of:
a support unit for psychosocial risks and workplace bullying (CRPS/HM)
a unit addressing gender-based and sexual violence (CVSS).
Objectives
These units are tasked with listening to, assisting, and supporting individuals who believe they are victims or witnesses of acts of violence, harassment, discrimination, etc.
There is also a reporting platform for any inappropriate conduct or situation you wish to report.
