How to participate

Applications must be made in English and can focus on works in progress, reviews or contributions that have been presented or published in other conferences.
Each submission should include up to 6 key words for classification purposes.
All selected papers may be presented at the conference premises or online via videoconference.
 

  • Submissions for a paper should take the form of a 400-character summary (spaces included) accompanied by 3 to 5 bibliographic references. A PDF appendix (for example to provide a figure or image) can be attached.
  • Submissions for a poster take the form of a 2500-character summary (spaces included) accompanied by 3 to 5 bibliographic references. A PDF appendix (for example to provide a figure or image) can be attached to the submission. If the poster is selected for presentation a 180 second video will be required later.
  • Submissions for a demonstration take the form of a 2500-character summary (spaces included). Demonstrations of commercial AI tools will not be considered. The summary must justify how the AI tools demonstrated apply to use cases that raise general interest questions.
