On November 28th, come and meet Martine Olivi from our COP28 task force, who will explain what a COP is and give us an idea of what can be expected from it.

Underneath the slogans, what are the solutions?

On November 28th, from 18:00 to 19:30, Martine Olivi, researcher at the Inria Centre at Université Côte d'Azur, will be presenting her experience of the COP and offering another perspective. Join us at Terra Numerica (to register, click here) !

In the fair of climate solutions at COP27, many so-called answers orbit around a single question: but are they really worth it?

Fortunately, a number of scientific studies have come to our aid.

I offer to explore one of them, the climate solutions simulator developed by MIT, to shed some light on our own opinion and learn how to assess the feasibility and impact of the proposed solutions.

Terra Numerica is a large-scale project to promote a culture of digital science. It is the brainchild of the CNRS, Inria and Université Côte d'Azur, and brings together a wide range of partners, including the French Ministry of Education. Terra Numerica is developing an original, attractive and unique system for disseminating, sharing, meeting and bringing together all those involved in the digital world: researchers, teachers, association staff, scientific mediators, media library staff, companies, students, pupils, and the general public.
