WORKSHOPS TO BLOW YOUR MIND
During one week, the selected entrepreneurs will benefit from workshops and will be able, alongside our experts and mentors, to test, improve and validate their start-up project. This is an intense experience aimed at developing the softskills necessary for entrepreneurs such as collective intelligence, creativity, audacity and critical thinking.
Workshop #1
Effectual Thinking
Discover entrepreneurship through the lens of effectuation theory. Effectuation is a logic of thinking used by entrepreneurs to build successful ventures. It helps people perceiving the world as a set of opportunities: starting from available means allows people achieving affordable goals.
Workshop #2
Design Thinking
Design Thinking is the innovation process developed at Stanford, which was launched by IDEO and has fuelled a large part of the entrepreneurial culture in Silicon Valley.
This innovative learning method leads you to connect with people, understand the real needs of the user and explore the whole project context.
Workshop #3
Business Model
This course has the objective to introduce to the techniques of describing and designing a relevant business model, exploring the antecedents and consequences of business model innovation and examine issues related to the implications for strategic decision making.
Workshop #4
Digital Strategy
Have a global vision of digital marketing so that he can understand why the web has become unavoidable in the economic world.
Many examples will be shown, the objective being to be closer to the business reality
Workshop #5
MegaTrends
Understand the mechanisms that lead weak signals of an era or a generation to become a trend and then a megatrend and finally to become the new norm.

COACHING
Throughout their experience, the teams will be supported and coached by our team of experts. They will accompany, guide them in the testing and validation of their concept and help them in their preparation for the final event.
FINAL PITCH
On Friday 9 July 2021, the Startup Academy Final Event will take place. On this occasion, the project groups will pitch their concept in front of an audience and a jury of experts.
This event will also be an opportunity to network with key players in the Côte d'Azur region.
