Université Côte d'Azur is launching a survey designed to translate the needs and priorities of its research staff into concrete actions as part of its 2027 action plan. This initiative is part of the process to renew its “HR Excellence in Research” designation.

This label, awarded by the European Commission, recognizes institutions that implement a strategy for the continuous improvement of their human resources in research.
It is intended for young researchers, including doctoral students, as well as experienced researchers and technical staff engaged in research.
Everyone’s participation is crucial to building a high-performing ecosystem and improving day-to-day working conditions. Responses are strictly confidential and processed in aggregate form.

The survey organizes your input around the label’s four pillars:
  1. Ethics and Open Science,
  2. Recruitment and transparency,
  3. Working Conditions,
  4. Career development.
