The IDEX UCAJEDI has joined forces with the European Joint Office (UCA, OCA, CNRS, Inria, SKEMA and CHU de Nice) in order to support you in submitting your ERC projects.
To this end, in addition to the services offered by the members of the European Joint Office, we are opening a call for expressions of interest to support individually researchers on the site (regardless of the employer: UCA, CNRS, IRD, etc.) who wish to engage in the process of submitting an ERC to the following calls
- H2020-ERC-ADG-2021 - ERC Advanced
- H2020-ERC-STG-2022 - ERC Starting
- H2020-ERC-STG-2022 - ERC Consolidator
In addition, candidates invited to an interview for the year 2021 will also be able to be accompanied in their preparation.
This support will be organised by experts from within and outside the site. All the experts will sign a confidentiality agreement covering all the information related to your projects.
The aim of this action is to support ERC applicants (within the IDEX UCAJEDI perimeter) in order to maximise their chances of success in these highly competitive calls.
In partnership with external experts, we offer you:
- Analytical review of your application by experts, resulting in a fifteen-page recommendation report. This report will assess the high risk, high gain and non-incremental nature of your project.
- Analysis of your publications and implementation of a strategy for writing your CV and the "Early achievements track-record" section
- Proofreading and/or translation from English
- Interview preparation for all projects admitted in the interview stage (no oral for Advanced).
NB: for researchers employed by Inria, only the analysis of publications as well as the proofreading and/or translation from English are eligible, as a service of analytical proofreading of applications as well as the preparation for the interviews are operated at national level by a specialised expert.
Those wishing to take part in this support are invited to send us their CV and about twenty lines explaining their idea (see form below).
You can send us your applications as you go along, but please note that only applications sent at least 3 months before the deadline of the call will be considered. Furthermore, due to the highly competitive nature of the ERC call and the restrictions on re-submission imposed by the European Commission, our teams may in some cases advise you to postpone your submission to the following year.
All applications should be sent to cellule-europe-mutualisee@univ-cotedazur.fr
