AVENANT
An internship agreement is a binding contract with the host company. It is therefore not possible to interrupt an internship in progress, except in exceptional circumstances.
For all modifications to an internship agreement, an amendment must be entered and signed. Amendments are not available on the platform and must be signed in collaboration with your school.

International internships
If you're doing an internship abroad, the territoriality principle doesn't apply: your internship may not be remunerated.
However, the duration of your internship may not exceed 924 hours (including additional hours) with the same company (even abroad) during the same academic year.
No agreement will be issued for internships in red and orange zones. If your internship zone changes to a red zone, you must terminate your internship immediately.
Regularly check the diplomatic and social situation in zones close to your host company on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs website. In all cases, you can register onthe government's Ariane database. You can then be informed by e-mail or SMS of any security instructions.
If you are staying in the host country for more than six months, taking into account the time you spend there before and after the internship, you must register with the French consular authorities (Consulate General or consular section of the embassy).
You must also complete the following appendix and attach it to your agreement:Internship abroad appendix form
