Content Creatives Incubator


You are a recent graduate (between 20 and 30 years old), creative, innovative, and you are interested in audiovisual creation? We are selecting 15 young talents, who will work in teams formed by the jury during the selection phase, for a new project residency to create the concept of tomorrow's TV program. 
Université Côte d'Azur, Banijay Group and the City of Cannes have created a unique program combining masterclasses with the biggest names of the French creative industry during MipCom, experiences in TV studios, coaching by experts in design thinking and media in exceptional locations in Cannes.
The immersive and intensive 3-week residency will take place in Cannes and costs related to accommodation will be covered by the program.
After these three weeks, the teams will present their project in a final pitch to a jury composed of the residency partners and producers from the Banijay group. 
The winning team may be offered internships or fixed-term contracts to participate in the creation of new content with the Banijay teams.


To join the program, you will have to imagine and propose an original creation for a television channel or platform.

The concept will have to be based on the participation of individuals, groups, tribes usually ignored by the cameras.
They may be people, apparently banal or having a normal life, who will be placed in situations that are unusual or even extraordinary for them, or people or groups whose singularity is little or not treated on television.
Two deliverables are required to validate your application:
A document of 6,000 signs maximum describing your creation: title, synthetic concept, detailed description.
A mood-board (Power point, videos, images, sounds...) which will illustrate the universe and the inspirations of your creation.


Applications will be opened in early January.

Within the scope of CANNES ON AIR, a policy supporting the development of cultural and creative industries, the Cannes City Hall has concretized the development, in the west of its territory, of a technopole for the image and creative economy. Led by David Lisnard, this structuring project aims to develop in the city of the first film festival in the world, the international festival of the CANNESERIES series and numerous professional events dedicated to the creative professions (MipTV, MipCom, Midem, Cannes Lions), a sector of the future: that of the audiovisual industry.
